Chantelise - A New Tale

And so... The Sisters had completed their journey with the help of Elma and Aira. Elise had finally broken the curse on her sister, Chante. They had grown fond of the small town that served as their home during the course of their adventures, so they decided to stay with Aira at her Item Shop.

In return, they did a few odds and ends in treasure hunting to help out around the Shop. Things had slowed down and become quite peaceful...

But there was a day where two aspiring Knights happened into the Town...

Hm... Not a bad place, what do you think, Brother?

"Uugghhh... Why, in all places... Im stuck, here?"

I said in my endless sleep. Over the cost of a week, I was able to think while sleeping. Not that I want to, but... I cant move. In fact, I have turned into stone. Not so pleasent, is it?

My name is Rashinfiald. I am a Knight, Keen on the Sword and uses the bow. I use light armor apposed to heavy armor. I guess you can say, I am a outcast. One day, I was camping right here, at the nearby mining facility. I so happened to walked upon this Witch... made a remark about hers hair and... "Poof" She turned me into stone. Its been a month now... and I have the dire need of movement.

Yeah. This is the perfect place for our adventures, vast lands nearby, easy to reach village... We can buy the supplies we need and sell off the treasure we don't. It's the perfect plan!

That's a good idea. This stuff is getting heavy and Im getting pretty exausted.

Heh, think you can last to the Item Shop, then? It's right over there.

I pointed it out to him.

Of course. But we better hurry.

I quickly make my way to the item shop

... Ah, yes. We have some things that we need to sell off, and then we were hoping we can find directions to an Inn.

I see. Shall we discuss the items you want to sell first, then?

Oh. Yes. Of course.

The discussions over the items and the price were selling them were pretty straightforward, after that was done...

So, you need to find an Inn, unfortunately... This town doesn't have one.

That can be problematic.

Technically, it could. But you two seem nice, so I'll let you stay here when you need a place to sleep.

Excellent! Since you two look exhausted, why don't you stay the night? You'll be able to tend to your business after you've rested.

I made my way to the sleeping area.

I followed, opening the door to the guest room that wasn't occupied.

Huh, I guess someone else is staying here. Maybe other Adventurers?

I stepped in, organizing my things on my 'side' of the room.

So, I figured we need a plan of some sort. One of the first places we can check is the Abandoned Mines, we might find some ore and gems there.

I step in and sit on my bed.

So....What about that shop keeper?

What? N-No! Just...She seems friendly!
