    If Doom was done today.

    If Quake was done today

    ... No seriously, what happened? It's not just FPS games, it's -all- genres of games anymore.

    It kinda bothers me. 'Cause on replaying these older games... I realized just how much things got toned down and simplified to rather frustrating/face palm worthy levels.
