Sounds like a kid having a tantrum and a father scolding him/her by saying "We're not going until you stop".

I'm honestly inclined to believe that's what it was. Because if it was anything like a murder or anything horrid like that, there'd be more of a sound of... Y'know, struggles.

Slamming noises, the guy would be yelling more, the assaulted person would probably call for help repeatedly, etc.

Yeah, your pretty much right.

But the Father sounded pretty young. so... thus... bad father?

Still sounded like rape/murder. And it still freaks me out.

And look at Bobby Yarsuliks face... it reflected to mine, actually.

It doesn't sound like rape/murder, because, as I said before, it didn't sound like the right type of struggle for it, it just sounded like a kid was having a really bad day because things were not going his/her way.

Let's not make any assumptions on the people recorded here until there's more concrete evidence to work with.

But its hard to relax while hearing screams, though.

Of course, but looking at the facts, it's sounding like a kid is just having one hell of a tantrum.
