The blue loading symbol is shown because of the custom jar and our control panel not parsing the logs to show the server online. This will not affect anything other than the control panel not showing online.
The dropdown menu is what our control panel currently offers for jars. Once you place a custom jar name we do not provide into the text box below the drop menu, the drop menu will cease to matter and the server will run off the text box filename instead. The drop menu will show CraftBukkit 1.5.2 as it is first one in the list, disregard the drop menu.
