Time Immemorial - ■■■■ Birth of the gods ■■■■■■, ■■■■

    Time Immemorial - Rebellion ■■■■■ Sleep, ■■■■■■■■

    Era of Creation

    - The twin gods Prisma and Umbrae seed a barren planet with life. Prisma creates the fauna and flora, Umbrae creates creatures which consume life — The creatures of grimm. Dusk acts as a mediator, easing tensions between the two as their creations destroy one another. Dawn oversees the seasons of this newly seeded planet.

    - The great world eater's shadow darkens this newly living planet. The gods, Prisma, Umbrae, Dusk, Dawn, and Hestia work together to destroy it in a battle that rages on for several years. The gods narrowly succeed. As punishment for the world eater's attack, his body is broken down and sown into the planet's crust, sealing him away.

    - Tensions from the attack cause the feud between the twins to grow greater. Prisma and Umbrae raze all life and rebuild again several times as they lash out against one another. The other gods speak privately among each other in an attempt to stop the twins' rampage.

    - Dawn grows increasingly frustrated with the rivalry between Prisma and Umbrae wrapping up all life on Remnant into their petty squabbles. Dusk is able to reason with her, and though hesitant to let the matter rest, she eventually agrees to try a diplomatic solution first.

    - With the other gods' plans created, Dusk steps forward to negotiate with the twins — A creation they can make together. One with equal influence. A creation the gods eventually call "humanity".

    Era of Magic

    - Thousands of years before the present - The first humanity flourishes under the guidance of the gods of this world. Both humanity and the gods come to call their planet "Fable".

    - The Lost Fable begins.

    - Agni undergoes changes whilst sealed, forming two separate entities as a result of the battle and the sealing process. One most like it's original self -- including the imprisonment, and the other split off into freedom, regarded as 'The Flame'.

    - A mighty mage named Rhodes rescues a princess by single-handedly destroying a palace overrun by bandits. He would later be crowned king by the people he liberated.

    - Salem is born to Rhodes and the queen. However the queen dies during childbirth, filling the king with grief and changing him forever.

    - Believing the gods are displeased with humanity, Rhodes creates a homunculus to take on all of humanities sins. This artificial human is sealed beneath the palace to wither away for eternity.

    - Rhodes seals Salem in the palace's highest tower, believing he must protect her from the world, and from the gods who watch over it. She grows to resent him, and begins penning tales of her imprisonment after her 16th birthday. Salem creates the fairy tale of "The Girl in the Tower" in an effort to bring warriors to slay her father.

    - Rhodes' madness only grew greater and greater, until he was a shell of his former self, cursed by the very homunculus he had sealed away. Many warriors came challenging him in an attempt to free Salem, but all fell to his mighty power - A power only boosted by the hundreds of curses placed upon him. That is, until a warrior named Ozma arrived. Despite his great power, Rhodes was destroyed, and Ozma left with Salem freed.

    - Ozma passes away due to a painful illness, a distraught Salem believes the gods are responsible.

    - Salem pleads with both Umbrae and Prisma to bring Ozma back to life, believing she can bargain with them. She is denied by Prisma, but manages to succeed in convincing Umbrae...That is until Prisma intervenes, and the two sisters fight once more. Dusk narrowly manages to mediate their bickering by insisting they are being manipulated. Salem now rejected and without Ozma returned to her, attacks the trio unsuccessfully. The twin gods, fully prepared to simply erase Salem from existence, are stopped by Dusk, who insists she merely needs to be given a chance to learn the error of her ways, and that destroying a mortal would be no different from stepping on an ant. - An ultimately pointless act that only results in destruction. Salem is granted immortality by two reluctant gods who view such an action as utterly pointless, cutting her away from Ozma until she can reflect.

    - The twin gods grow displeased with Dusk due to his decisions, and soon believe his purpose to be unnecessary. They seal him within the moon, being done with his constant interruptions of their authority.

    - In her folly, Salem realizes the gods are not infallible due to the near-success of her own manipulation. She wanders the world, gathering the kingdoms of Fable together in an effort to bring down the gods, insisting that their continued existence threatens the freedoms of humanity. Despite their best efforts, humanity is single-handedly erased by the twin gods, who rename this world "Remnant" before leaving for another plane of existence.

    - Hestia, having grown cautious of her sisters, narrowly manages to protect a small pocket of humanity from annihilation.

    - Umbrae and Prisma are struck -- and wounded. Dawn wields righteous, indignant fury. Her open act of rebellion comes as a surprise unmatched by even Salem and the now nearly extinct Humanity. It soon becomes clear that as each god tries to face Dawn individually, they would lose the battle. It takes their combined efforts to finally halt Dawn's efforts.

    - Knowing that Dawn is integral to Fable's -- and in turn Remnant's balance, they seal her away in the core of the world. A mirror to Dusk. All the while, Dawn curses them and vows that one day, she'll break free and make them pay.

    - Umbrae shatters the moon as she leaves this plane, freeing the spiritual form of Dusk. Dusk weeps upon witnessing the barren world left behind by the twin gods.

    - Now almost completely alone, Salem tosses herself into a pool of deep black liquid, being transformed forever by this action.

    - Dawn's power is used to stabilize the barren world, allowing life to spring forth -- albeit meager and slowly. She begins to test the effectiveness of her seal, and look for faults in it. Both to form cracks, or to exert her will on the outside world...

    - The Flame has documented all that has happened since he became free. Discontent rises at how the sisters have treated this world and their creations...

    - The gods create the relics, incredible tools containing their authority.

    Era of Rebirth

    - Several Centuries ago - The last remnants of humanity undergo forced evolution due to the divine energy leftover from the gods' counter attack. They metamorphize into a new race that comes to be known as "Ogres".

    - Prisma and Umbrae recreate humanity after thousands of years without their presence. This new species of human is incapable of magic. Though Umbrea is reluctant, Prisma insists it will be "More interesting this way".

    - Unable to bear watching the new humanity struggle against the grimm, Hestia bestows upon them a power she calls "Aura" in secret, granting them super strength, greater durability, and a mysterious unique power known as a "Semblance".

    - Umbrae creates the faunus, granting sapience and humanoid vessels to animals.

    - At some point the first "Silver-eyed warriors" are born all across Remnant due to Prisma's interference. At her behest those born with silver eyes begin to congregate into great tribes, training themselves to grow in strength and hold back the tide of darkness.

Year 450 - Ozma, reincarnated as an old hermit, gives the last of his magic to four young women, creating the very first Maidens and giving birth to the fairy tale of "The Four Maidens"

Spring Year 538 - Ozma is once more reincarnated, and wanders the world helping villages fight the grimm. While saving a small village one day he is finally recognized by the people after they help heal his wounds. Forced to admit his existence as an immortal, the villagers are amazed by him and declare him to be a deity after a young girl points out his powers being like magic. Ozma tries to flee the village in the dead of night out of guilt over his past mistakes, but despite his best efforts the villagers find him once more, and declare their loyalty to him. Those following him pledged themselves to growing stronger and helping fight against the grimm. He soon becomes known as the "Infinite Man" by those of Remnant.

Summer Year 538 - The infinite man's followers soon grow to great numbers, and they come to call themselves the Circle, dedicating their lives to a new religion formed from a misunderstanding. Much to his dismay they worship him despite his best efforts to explain that he is "Just a man, and not a very good one."

Winter Year 538 - A member of the Circle betrays them by poisoning the infinite man to prove that he is fallible. The traitor escaped, and on his deathbed Ozma begged the Circle to forget about him shortly before he died.

Spring Year 565 - Ozma is once more reincarnated, and comes to find that the Circle has grown exponentially since his last death. The Circle has now grown great enough to found it's own town which shares the namesake of their group. His regret only grows as he realizes their reverence and worship of him became greater ever since his previous death. The young girl whose words gave birth to the Circle was now a middle aged woman, having changed greatly since then, but no less reverent of the "Infinite man".

The Circle was now honing their members into masters of the aura and their semblances who would go out and bring others to their cause by pushing back the tide of evil. Despite his desire to leave it behind, the infinite man was convinced to stay by the woman's side and with the Circle.

Winter Year 565 - The Circle thrives until a strange group of warriors arrive, their leader proclaiming the Infinite man to be a mere mortal. Their leader fought against the Infinite man, greatly damaging the town during the battle. In an effort to put a stop to her destruction, the Infinite man allows her to fatally wound him, ending his life then and there.

Spring Year 603 - Ozma's next incarnation finds him learning that Circle, and the Circle itself had been totally eradicated by the cruel warriors. The sole survivors had fled long ago, putting their false deity long behind them. All except for one person - The girl who had begun all of this, now a frail old woman who had been forever changed by the fate of Circle. She had failed to recognize him, and in his grief Ozma walked away, forever ending the tale of the Infinite man.

Winter Year 723 - The Korakou Tribe is created in what would eventually become the country of Vale, led by a former member of the circle who chose to finally settle down and leave in peace.

Summer Year 798 - Korakou village exists in relative peace and prosperity, until one fateful night, a great meteor falls from the heavens, rendering most of the village a fiery crater. Those who survived this incident came to call this great meteor the "Teardrop Star". But from tragedy would come new opportunity. This meteor contained within it a type of dust wholly unseen by Remnant. This dust would later come to be called "Stardust" by the the surviving villagers of Korakou. A dust with an incredible power unmatched by anything else of the era. Overnight this sleepy village forgotten by time is thrust centuries ahead of all other civilizations.

Winter Year 850 - Almost one century after Korakou was forever changed by the Teardrop Star it has flourished and grown into the mighty kingdom of Minoa. The next several centuries would be spent annexing the neighboring tribes and making peace with the growing kingdoms around them.

Spring March 4th Year 1342- Alba is born.
